Also featured in this recent image disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.
